Every booking knows what stage it's at.

You never store a status by hand. Inkwell works it out from what's actually happened — and shows you what's still missing.

Pillar two · Running the studio

What came in, what's still owed, what the studio actually made.

Two views. One is your own work. The other is the room, the rent and everyone in it.

  • Projected against earned What the month is on track to make, what's been paid, and the balances still sitting uncollected.
  • A studio P&L that fits a tattoo shop Rent, supplies, artists. Commission artists count as revenue in; artists on a wage count as cost out.
  • Recurring lines carry forward Set rent once. Every new month starts with it there, still editable. Export to CSV when your accountant wants a file.
  • Guest-spot links live on their own A named link with an amount, ready to copy — no booking attached, because a guest-spot deposit doesn't have one yet.
